President
B.A. in Business Management from St. Mary's College, Professional in Human Resources Certification. Employed by Roberts since 1988, Ella Marie has been President of Roberts since 2001. Ella Marie is also very active in Community Affairs, Political Action Committees, and she sits on the Board of several Health and Safety Committees. |

Account Manager
Employed by Roberts since 1995, Terri brings over twenty five years of CAD experience within the engineering field. She has held the positions of Training Specialist, IT Support, Project Manager and Staff Manager. Terri is responsible for overseeing the larger RTS accounts and procuring new RTS clients. |

Accounting Manager
Employed by Roberts since 2006, as our Accounting Manager Jana is responsible for general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, employee management, office administration and department policies and procedures. She continues to look for new and innovative ways to streamline the accounting department while focusing on employee needs and providing excellent customer service.

Account Manager
Having been associated with Roberts in field positions since 2003, Lupe joined our office staff in April 2009. She brings with her 15+ years of extensive recruiting and H.R. background. Additionally, she has a positive proven record of Sales in a competitive field. Her focus is on direct hires in a variety of industries.

Rana Werner
Accounting Specialist
Rana joined the Roberts team in 2009, coming to us with more than 10 years of accounting and finance experience. She performs many of the accounting department’s daily tasks. Additionally she is responsible for generating timekeeping and payroll reports using various customized accounting programs for our key clients.

Controller
B.S. in Accounting from Armstrong College, Berkeley, California.
Gail has been a Tax and Accounting Consultant for small to medium
size companies for past 28 years. She has been an outside consultant
for Roberts for 26 years, and is currently our part-time Controller. |
