Roberts Employee, Procurement, Placement, and Star
Procurement
We realize that our employees in the field are the eyes and ears of Roberts. When one of our employees notifies us of a potential job lead or opening, and we successfully place a candidate in that position, he/she will receive a Roberts shirt and $50 cash!
Placement
No one can sell for us like a happy employee can. When one of our employees refers a candidate to us and we are successful in placing that candidate, our employee will receive a (you guessed it) Roberts shirt and $50 cash!
Star
 The Roberts’ commitment to our clients is to provide them with highly qualified contract employees that will make a significant contribution to their organization. In an effort to show our employees our gratitude for their work efforts that are above and beyond those required for the job, we will acknowledge them in our Star of the Month feature. Each month an employee will be selected based on client recommendation. As a special acknowledgement, the Star of the Month will receive an engraved gold star paperweight and $50 cash!!! |
