Roberts Technical Services provides:

• Needs Assessment
  We meet with both clients and potential employees to understand exact needs, ie; skill levels, anticipated length of employment, experience required, rates and other qualifying factors.
• Interviews/References
  Having carefully selected qualified potential candidates from our resume database and personal network, we personally interview each applicant, review specific requirements, handle background checks and examine references.
• Resume Submittal
  We submit the resumes of individuals clearly qualified for each position and arrange for interviews
• Payroll Services
  We manage all payroll elements of employment, including tax withholding, worker's compensation, billings, and other legal/financial obligations. We generate and deliver paychecks on a bimonthly basis.
  We also offer a comprehensive benefits program to all employees.
• Follow-up contact
  We maintain contact with both clients and employees on an on-going basis to ensure satisfaction with each placement.
• Exit Interviews
  If we are unable to make an appropriate placement we can provide further referrals to job-seekers.
